Do you have a big, compassionate heart that would like to spend time with a terminal patient during their last months of life? Are you proficient in another language other than english? Are you an artist? (professional or non-professional) Do you play an instrument? (preferably transferrable or a piano) Do you like to knit, quilt, or cross-stitch? Do you like making scrapbooks and photoalbums? Do you have any hobbies you would like to share with other? If you answered yes to any of the questions above, Roze Room Hospice of the Valley has a volunteer opportunity for you. We are looking for volunteers to spend 2 hours a week (for at least one year) with our patients doing different activities such as chatting, drawing, coloring, painting, listening to music, making photo albums or scrapbooks and other activities.
